We pulled this off of Microsoft’s community templates page. Several of us have used it for other things than business. This Business Newsletter Template works really well as a single sheet mailer also. We’ve also seen this used for youth groups and church newsletters.
Pretty much no matter the application you could definitely find a good use for this well thought out template.
